Ellipsise tab title after a certain point

Right now, the tab title can expand infinitely and if it exceeds the width of the window it'll actually expand the window itself. Here's what this looks like:

Actually, I made a fix for this, and the number of characters in the tab will never be over 40 now. However, if the terminal is small, it'll still be bigger than the window, and expand it.

How do you think it works right now? Is it enough? I need feedback please.

The tab should never expand the window, imo.

Where do the "40 characters" come from? Imho it should always ellipsize on the actual space.

Btw is the fix going into Terminal or Granite? As work is in progress to use Granite with Midori, I'd be interested in a co-ordinated or even shared solution like a label widget.

I believe this is fixed now that we're using Granite's Dynamic Notebook. Feel free to re-open (in granite) if that's not the case.
