Remove embedded pygtkchart stuff

Your package is still in the review queue for the Fedora Package Collection. pygtkchart is available in its own package.

pyinputstats is not working with the original upstream source of pygtkchart. You made some changes in your embedded copy. Can you please provide a patch with your changes to the upstream of pygtkchart? Then I can apply this patch during the build process to pygtkchart. And at the end pygtkchart provides the stuff you need for pyinputstats. Maybe there is an easier way...

I know this is not exactly the job for the developer. I would appreciate your help. If more person shows interest in pygtkchart then perhaps the pygtkchart upstream will start working on the code again.
