Bug Description

TEST CASE:
1. Ensure that, in liferea, there are feeds that need to be updated. Liferea must be closed before starting the test.
2. Click on the messages indicator to open the list of indicator
3. In the list, click on liferea to launch liferea and look the indicator refreshing.

Result:
The 'Liferea feed reader' part of the indicator is blinking until the end of the refresh.

Expected:
The list is refreshed once liferea has finished its own update.

This is caused by liferea destroying all the indicators and recreating them each time. Instead they should be tied to feeds and updated.

affects: indicator-messages (Ubuntu) → liferea (Ubuntu)
