Bug Description
Use the hazard curves/ground motion fields stored in the database as the input for the risk calculation and remove the same information currently stored in the KVS.

Implemented for Classical PSHA (need a working hazard + risk configuration to complete the test).
Accoirding to IRC discussion with Andrea, the way the GMFs key is computed might change as a result of the https:/ /blueprints. launchpad. net/openquake/ +spec/set- sites-computati on blueprint, so it's better to postpone work on the other two engines.
