language disruption

Bug Description
I've used Ubuntu Dapper for 6 months with no real problem.
My language packs installed are French (principal) and English.
All my option menu and tex applications was translated in French when opening.
But :
Since yesterday, suddenly, after an automatic common update, many disruptions appeared in option menus of ALL applications, as well as Nautilius or Evolution, or Desk menu.
Facts :
For a same application, some option menus are in English when other option menus of this application are in French, without any logic.
For exemple I can read :
Système -> Préférences
-> About me
-> Assistive ...
-> Bureau à distance
-> Desktop background
-> disque amovible
etc ...
In Evolution, some parts are in English and other are in French.
It is a sudden and strange disruption
