cannot download updates or upgrade

don't know what totem is but yes was trying to download amarok then tried to put the updates in thinking that might help but it would not work just told me to report a bug am using Kubuntu

tried to remove dragonplayer in synaptic package manager and it said Kubuntu - desktop marked for removal - what is that?
