Unity does not display clock, meme_button, email_notification, and much more buttons on the right corner

Hi all...

I've the right_top corner completely clean. No email/logout/clock/ and other buttons are displayed.

this happened to me before aswell; it's caused (in my case) by a bad screen resolution setting; or using multiple screens in extended interface

(in my case) it then just showed up at the other screen, so not a bug; just another way of handling
