Digikam misses documentation. Please add digikam-doc pkg

digikam-doc and didn't made it into dapper. So digikam comes
without documentation. See e.g.

that is in edgy and feisty to dapper backports.

Someone will need to test that this builds, installs, and runs. Additionally, I think it would be best to backport the digikam version too, so they are in sync.

dapper on the desktop is no longer supported and receives no further updates
