"moves files" option needed with --copy-back

Bug Description
We run our servers with less than 50% free space, which makes using --copy-back impossible. I expect others are also in this situation.
Could you please add a --move-back option?
We were able to work around this by editing xtrabackup, and changing the $CP_CMD variable to "mv".
