Windows: log is too crowded with "Processing events with threashold" messages

Bug Description
In Windows, in the log file you can notice a lot of these messages:
2011-06-29 15:13:28,470 - ubuntuone.
2011-06-29 15:13:29,469 - ubuntuone.
2011-06-29 15:13:30,467 - ubuntuone.
We should remove the message if is not giving any important info, or if it's, we need to use the log level TRACE.
