Project groups should be able to show downloads from component projects

In some of the project management we're doing in the graphics working group at Linaro, it would be extremely useful if the project group representing the overall working group effort could show additional details about the component projects under development within the working group, in particular, the downloads for a component (though, series and milestones might be pretty useful as well). So, when I visit https://launchpad.net/linaro-graphics-wg, I would see the latest downloads for all of the projects listed under "Projects", just the way the announcements do already.

We're focused on other things right now. If you want/need it fixed soon you can either put a patch forward for this yourself (and we can mentor you), or escalate this bug via the stakeholder process.
