gnutls7 should be removed from Ubuntu main

Bug Description

gnutls7 is ancient and unsupported upstream according to this message:

http://lists.debian.org/debian-release/2004/07/msg00075.html

It also claims that moving to gnutls11 is usually trivial. The only package in
warty/main which uses gnutls7 is lynx, so if it can be fixed to use gnutls11, we
can demote gnutls7 to universe.

If this goes well, we might attempt to remove gnutls10 as well, so that we only
need to support one version.

interdiff for linking lynx against gnutls10

With this patch, lynx cleanly builds agains libgnutls10. Installation, removal
and correct funtion verified.

Can I get approval to upload this?

Aren't we aiming for gnutls11 ?

Maybe, but it's not (yet) in supported. From what I heard it should be even less
problematic to switch to gnutls11.

However, gnutls10 is already a major step forward, and some dozen packages
depend on it.
