Bug Description
When the text to be recognized includes an emdash (—), cuneiform returns UTF-8 mangled as plain text, i.e. "—", for output formats text and HTML.
The only case when it returns "—" correctly is in RTF.
I'm attaching a screenshot from one of the existing GUIs (cuneiform-qt, not yagf, because it's easier to change the output format; all the GUIs are exposing the same bug, including KBookOCR).
