Bug Description

As discussed, the threshold of 100 rows must be configurable as the default value means that the default RQG database schema is unlikely to hit the optimizations that apply only to tables with more than 100 rows.

As discussed with Timour this configuration option is not necessary for complete test coverage. It is possible to achieve same coverage using optimizer_switch only.
