Bug Description

Hi.
I'm running mixxx 1.9.0-1 here with archlinux and a AA VMS4 Midi Controller. Everything is fine, mapping is excellent.
But when i compile mixxx1.10-bzr 2837-1 (which is 1.10-beta1) the Pichbend Sliders do not work as expected:
moving them up OR down sets the pitch to +20.
Reverting to the American Audio VMS4.midi.xml that comes with 1.9.0-1 does NOT solve the problem

This controller's slider sends 0xE0 messages and is mapped directly to <rate>. That means something broke since Mixxx 1.9.

Sean -- will you have a chance to work on this bug within the next week or should we bump it to 1.10.1?

This actually is a problem in the 1.9 branch as well (post 1.9.0.) It will be fixed in 1.9.2 though.
