Problem with Ubuntu Pay in USC

Bug Description

When I want to purchase application, Sttel Storm for example, there is error message appears after login page. I've attached screenshot of it.

Text of error message:
"Sorry, something just went wrong in Ubuntu Pay.

We’ve recorded what happened, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible. Apologies for the inconvenience.

(Error ID: 2004rangpur11)"

same error for me. and when I open https://pay.ubuntu.com/payment/ in browser, I see that payments correctly adds to history with status "Pending"

Notes for QA:

1. Set your browser language to russian
2. Create a payment
3. Go to the checkout page

Before the fix when going to the checkout page, the site would crash. Now it shouldn't.

For testing this using the software-center, you should run it with the different locale, like

LANG=ru LC_ALL=ru LANGUAGE=ru software-center
