Missing big download button

Bug Description

The big download button is missing. There should be a big download button connected to the platform sniffer with a text that relates to the detected platform, something like "Download FEniCS 1.0.0 for [Debian/Ubuntu/Mac/Windows]". In cases where the platform cannot be detected, the text can be empty and the button can just link to the Download page.

Download button is in place but not yet connected to platform sniffer (for which we have another bug filed).
