Bug Description

The FEniCS tutorial page is very heavy and takes extremely long to load. (Especially on older machines and on the iPhone.) It needs to be broken up into smaller pages.

Additionally, the link to this page should be carefully chosen since it will likely be one of the most heavily linked pages on the site.

Each section should be split into a separate file. This also makes creating a helpful table of contents through Sphinx easier.

Garth: Now that you are doing this, you also need to link to previous and subsequent sections within each of the pages. (I don't know enough Sphinx at the moment to do this.)

I registered a bug (Bug #802019) that a side table of contents is needed. The tutorial is too long to just link backwards and forwards.

We also need to ask Hans Petter to regenerate the latest version of
the tutorial based on the changes he (and we) have made of the
tutorial book chapter. It would be natural then to ask him to generate
the pages split into several sections.

Are we speaking about the sphinx version of the tutorial? The source
for that one was updated along with the chapter.tex changes so it should
in principle be straightforward to regenerate the sphinx files. It's on my
stack, but not at the very top ;-)
