Please sync gliv 1.9.7-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
We can sync the package as it fixes FTBFS with gcc 4.6

gliv (1.9.7-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Backport the following patche from upstream to fix FTBFS with gcc-4.6
    (closes #625351, LP: #771090):
    - debian/patches/set-libs-instead-of-ldflags.patch
    - debian/patches/fix-some-more-build-warnings.patch
