package phpmyadmin 4:3.3.10-1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 10

I have tried to install Joomla 1.6, that's why I install phpmyadmin direct from Synaptic package manager. I am successful to open the phpmyadmin admin panel just for one time, but from the second time it could not be launched.
