brasero does not validate disc label

Bug Description

after burning disc with label "nu-pogodi" i found that disc does not recognize on any dvd-drives.

i think validation of label before burning it's a good idea.

Thanks for the report, could you please get a brasero log? just run it as : brasero --brasero-burn-debug &> brasero-debug.txt ; reproduce the issue and attach the resulting log file to the report. Thanks.
