Bug Description

SchoolTool is missing a story to both pack and backup the database.

Robust command line tools suitable for use with cron would be nice for the power
user, while TTW methods would be better for the non-unixy user.

I'm going to promote this, as the CanDo guys were pleading for it. I'd call it a bug at this point.

Now you can pack the database and reload translation through the web, without restarting the application. Views still look quite bad though, but at least they work.
