EoG always opens up in with a window height greater than desktop height

Bug Description
Every time I open a photo, Eye of Gnome opens up with a window size that is inappropriate, ie., too high to fit on the desktop. As a result, the bottom of the window overlaps into the desktop below.
I use Ubuntu 11.04 with standard Unity install. My screen resolution is 1680 × 1050px.
I can reproduce this always, regardless of whether I have resized or maximized the window in the previous session.
(this is just a minor annoyance in an otherwise great program, thank you for publishing it!)
