Bug Description

It is really important for people to be able to get in touch with the team contact not just the LC, but for people who want to get involved. An example is http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/coloradoteam now I've to go emailing a few admins in the hopes that one of them is the team contact. I realise this is also due to LP but teams can edit the page and it should be made a mandatory field once it is edited they have to fill it in

The LD forms already require at least one contact, but we don't have that information when we import from LD, so it will be empty until one of the team admins first goes to the update form in LD.

Launchpad has a 'contact this team' facility; is this not suitable? Perhaps you want 'contact an admin of this team' facility too?

Robert no as I don't want to contact the team in some cases I need to just contact the contact to pass on information or follow up on approvals, or correspondence which the entire team doesn't need to be mailed about
