Cannot close Nautilus windows or click icons

Is this possibly the same as: Bug #749776

I can successfully middle click on Home in Unity to start another window.
I can minimize, maximize, restore without issue.
I cannot close any of the Nautilus windows. (I can see the X depressing when I click it, but it does nothing)
I cannot click on any of my Desktop icons. (I can but they don't highlight as selected)
I cannot click on any icons in the Nautilus windows (same as Desktop icons above)

I am running Ubuntu 11.04 32bit (kernel 2.6.38-8-generic)
