Bug Description

If pulseaudio dies during a Kubuntu session, Kubuntu hangs on shutdown. This is very easily re-created by:

1. log in
2. open a terminal
3. type: pulseaudio -k; pulseaudio
(restarts pulseaudio)
4. try and log out or shut down. It will hang.

I suspect it's something to do with knotify blocking, this has happened in the
past (around karmic I think?)

affects: kdebase (Ubuntu) → kde-baseapps (Ubuntu)
