On login/restart my added icons to unity reset. The icons i added are not there

When i log out or restart my icons that i added are lost, i have to add them to the panel again. Icons such as bittorent or geany or some other(non-stock) program.

Do you use command unity --reset? That command is intended to ‘reset’ Unity settings, including pinned apps.
