Bug Description
I'm running on a ASUS EEE-PC 1005HA.
When trying execute Gimp, I receive this error:
$ gimp
(gimp:4958): GLib-WARNING **: /build/
Segmentation fault
This happens for version 2.6.11-1ubuntu6.1 on natty-security,

I'm having the same issue on Kubuntu 11.04 Natty 64b, installed from the alternate CD.
On starting Gimp from the menu or terminal, it segfault after the message: buildd/ glib2.0- 2.28.6/ ./glib/ goption. c:2132: ignoring no-arg, optional-arg or filename flags (8) on option of type 0
(gimp:12649): GLib-WARNING **: /build/

I installed `gimp-dbg` and ran `gdb /usr/bin/gimp-2.6`, issued `run` and it crashed again:
