Ship the custom printer test page from lp:elementaryos/0.1

There are basically two ways to solve this:
1) run dpkg-divert for every file we overwrite (not maintainable)
2) migrate all resources into .deb packages

Resource list (as of revision 201):
10-help-text 10_linux.patch access.pcx blank.pcx cd_in_tray.png gfxboot.cfg midori_config splash.pcx testpage.ps ubi-language.py ubuntu_installed.png

Should be migrated to .deb:
10-help-text 10_linux cd_in_tray.png midori_config testpage.ps ubuntu_installed.png

gfxboot.cfg should be converted to a patch or sed script.

It's not clear what does ubi-language.py do.

Midori defaults moved to elementary-misc-defaults package.

The only thing that's left is the printer test page. I guess I'll just divert it, too lazy to make a package for it.

Well, we did ship a custom printer test page in Jupiter because Ubuntu's one was branded.
And it's still branded as of Precise, see /usr/share/cups/data/default-testpage.pdf on your system

I'm working on a PDF for it. Dan, if you have any mockups or ideas, lemme know. Otherwise I'll just do mine and we'll ship it. xD

Fix sort-of committed. The attached branch now exists with a placeholder file, waiting for something more original to materialize.
