no way to close a site. No closing black device at the upper rigth side of the pages

Don't know what abug means. for all I know, I can't close what I open. And the page doesn't fill the computer screen.
I also have problems with the sound. No sound available with the hearpnones, omly with the speakers of the laptop.

Victor, thank you for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu better.
To understand the issue that you are seeing it would be convenient to explain step by step what you see and what you expect to see.
For instance:
1) open firefox
2) browse the ... page (give exactly the page where you have problems)
and then explain the rest of steps.
It is also convenient that you disable all Firefox extensions, if you have any enabled, and see if the problem disappears and then enable them one by one.
As for your sound problem it would be convenient that you report it as a separate bug, for instance by entering "ubuntu-bug pulseaudio" in a terminal.
