Bug Description
It looks like the daily calendar display boundaries are UTC-only at this point.
I have attached four screenshots to this bug. The first two are when my user
is UTC, and the second two are when my user is US/Pacific. I checked, the same
things happen with US/Pacific-New.
My first guess is that the boundaries are built by only reading the UTC times
of the appointments, and it was missed to add or subtract the necessary hours
for timezone things.

Confirmed. We have duplicates: issue 373, 380, 383.
