Bug Description

The 12-add-appindicators.patch patch for gnome-power-managers adds the following lines, which contain strings that are not translatable:

timestring = g_strdup_printf ("0:%02d", minutes);
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/oneiric/gnome-power-manager/oneiric/view/head:/debian/patches/12-add-appindicators.patch#L54

timestring = g_strdup_printf ("%d:%02d", hours, minutes);
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/oneiric/gnome-power-manager/oneiric/view/head:/debian/patches/12-add-appindicators.patch#L67

Please mark these as translatable.
