Bug Description
Binary package hint: samba4
this bug came up when i was finishing updating to Ubuntu 11.04 from either 10.04, or 10.10. ( i THINK it was more likely 10.04.) i could not see any obvious results of this bug, but, that just worries me all the more.
if it matters, the computer i was updating is a netbook computer, one which i have set up to duel boot Windows 7 Home 32-bit and, of course, Ubuntu.
also, during the installation, the installer asked if i wanted to overwrite 5 or so different system files, at least one of which was samba-related. i don't recall exactly what the file was named, but, i think it had the samba network saved data i had set up in it. i decided to overwrite the old file with the new one the installer had.
