Bug Description

posting from England. The time is midday, the temp shown is fluctuating between 10 and 15 degrees C, the windspeed is shown as 17mph. The termical sensation which I have read on a forum means "feels like" is showing as minus temperature.

I am posting from India-Chennai. perhaps, with a temp of 10 C and a wind speed of about 25 Knots seems doubtful that a chill factor could result in a minus temp. As much as 4 or 5 degs less seems would be more like it.
In our case at Chennai, the temp is 29 deg C and "termical sensation" is reported as 26 degC, which does not appear to make sense if the term means "feels like". Usually the feel like is much higher. However due to local showers the feel like could perhaps be lower. Chances are that within the hour it will catchup with normal temp or go higher. OR the term means something else. Will be good to go through the forum where termical sensation is given as feels like factor.

To calculate the "feels like" temperature, I consider three factors:

* temperature
* humidity
* wind velocity

for calculate feels like with temperature and humidity I used Heat Index as describen in https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Heat_index

For calculate feels like with temperature and wind velocity I used Wind Chill as described in https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Wind_chill

When I implemented Feel Likes in My-Weather-Indicator I was wrong, becouse I considered humidity as decimal value and I must consideer as %.

I fixed this bug.

Thanks for your help

happy to help. nice to see you have changed text on app to : feels like.
This is the feature that attracted me to your app, as I find it most
useful in the winter months.
