Bug Description

Binary package hint: udev

If I insert a certain CD, it gets mounted as /media/steinstuff7:

$ df
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/loop0 8813300 4204580 4161028 51% /
none 505876 700 505176 1% /dev
none 512596 200 512396 1% /dev/shm
none 512596 100 512496 1% /var/run
none 512596 0 512596 0% /var/lock
/dev/sda1 459683876 347291048 112392828 76% /host
/dev/sr2 130722 130722 0 100% /media/steinstuff7
/dev/sr0 27222 27222 0 100% /media/STEINSTUFF3

But if I insert it into another CD unit, it gets its name in upper case:

$ df
Filesystem 1K-blocks Used Available Use% Mounted on
/dev/loop0 8813300 4204580 4161028 51% /
none 505876 700 505176 1% /dev
none 512596 200 512396 1% /dev/shm
none 512596 100 512496 1% /var/run
none 512596 0 512596 0% /var/lock
/dev/sda1 459683876 347291048 112392828 76% /host
/dev/sr0 130722 130722 0 100% /media/STEINSTUFF7
