Bug Description
* Setting the financial configuraiton of a company, select the french chart of account
obtained result : it uses the tax code to display default tax used
expected result : it uses the tax name to display default tax used
(see attached screenshot)

As we should display tax code first and if its not found the tax name will be consider.
