Error to resize frame

Bug Description

When I use the pyrDown() function I'm getting this error:
[swscaler @ 0x8a82850] No accelerated colorspace conversion found from yuv420p to bgr24.]

I'm providing a short example where we can find this bug...

I used a video encoded in MPEG4
