Hi Amit,
In China, you have several possible page code for email. UTF-8 is one
used but others are frequently used as well such as GB2312.

When I receive a mail that is encoded in a different page code than
UTF-8, I receive the following information:
Subject:
ÄúµÄÃÜÂë¹ýÓÚ¼òµ¥, Ç뾡¿ìÐÞ¸Ä!

Notes

And I swear to you: those are not Chinese characters ;).

I hope this is more understandable

Hi Amit,
Thanks for the video. What is the character encoding of the mail you
receive? (you can check that in your email client)
I do correctly receive emails with Chinese characters in leads, when
they are encoded UTF-8. The problem I face is with different encoding
like GB2312

Hello Amit, Eric,
We are not able to reproduce the bug completely at Our end.
@Amit the video that you have attached shows that the Email you are fetching is marked as Spam by your Mail Server Spam Filters so original Mail is attached with your Email and your email body is updated by Spam filters.
I am able to archive "GB2312" Encoded Mail which is "Chinese (Simplified)" encoding perfectly. so if you have mail which is perfectly encoded by your mail server you will never face issue. I have attached the Video which shows that my inbox that two email with same contain where One Email is marked as Spam but after Channing my receiving encoding to the "GB2312" that mail is received as normal mail and also stored in my inbox perfectly, and than if i will fetch those two mail i am getting them according to mail inbox (you can see the difference in video).
So For now i am Setting this bug as incomplete and if you found any lead on this than you can notify here.

Thank You

Hi Jigar,
I understand that your spam filter transformed the character beforehand
nevertheless:
- it is not clear which encoding you used to send the mail: can you
confirm that you used GB2312?
- In the video you show the content of the already garbaged characters
(by your spam filter). What is the content in OpenERP of the correct
Chinese characters below?

Thanks for your help
