[nvidia] Application menu drop-down appears on the wrong monitor

Bug Description
Dual Monitor Setup.
Application Menu (File, Edit, View, etc...) displayed on right monitor.
But dropdown menus are displayed on the left monitor.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Click on a window currently on the left monitor
2) alt-tab to a window on the right monitor
3) press F10 to activate the menu
4) Use left+right keys to to select menu items, and watch drop downs appear in the wrong place.
