Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

TEST CASE:
1. Click on the top right "power" icon
2. Select "System Settings"
3. Click on "Universal Access"
4. Change from "Normal" to "High" on the "Contrast" combo box then back to "Normal"
5. Click on "All Settings" to go back to the main gnome-control-center screen

Result:
Most of the icons are missing.

Confirmed this in Oneiric - the real problem though is that there is no High Contrast theme, which is a regression from Natty (it was set in a different way there - through the Appearance application)

Actually, I'm having a bit of trouble reproducing this exact bug now. There seems to be a problem with themes in that some of them (seemingly Low and High) don't appear to be present, they just give the default Gnome theme.

Turns out this was fixed - the problem with themes can be a separate bug/.
