Bug Description
Binary package hint: seahorse-plugins
After you install seahorse-plugins you should be prompted to restart X to make it active. In fact if you don't do this, you won't see any entry in the nautilus right-click menu about encrypting and signing.
I think this is an usability bug.

Yes, this is really confusing behavior... after installing, i went crazy looking for the context menus... it was very frustrating they were not there. Since sometimes it takes days for a user to restart his system, and there is no mention that a restart is needed (not even in the docs!), most people will uninstall before that.
By the way... restarting X is overkill... a simple "nautilus -q && nautilus" will do it. But this must be done, or at least a messagebox should popup saying this is required.
