Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. toontown explicitly says it's not compatible with Firefox 4 yet: http://toontown.go.com/game/browser-not-supported
As for clubpenguin, it works for me, do you have a specific page where it fails (assuming the page is public)?

I had problems with YouTube also. I think it may be because of Unity 3D and Firefox 5 requiring more resources to display the pages. Other pages without the graphics and animations load just fine.

I can test on Lubuntu 11.10 to see if it is a problem with Firefox or Unity..
