Bug Description

Renaming a file or directory through Nautilus that is part of a bzr branch does not appear to be hooked by the plugin's logic. Renaming through Nautilus should effect the same as running bzr rename directly on the file or directory.

Marking as also affecting nautilus-python, since it doesn't provide a way to track file renames.
