Don't install Ubuntu icons by default

Bug Description

I have been removing the Ubuntu related icons via rm -rf %{buildroot}/%{_datadir}/icons/ubuntu-mono-*
in the Fedora spec file. I think the icons should be part of the Ubuntu icon theme and not be scattered across apps or deja-dup should include a config switch that can be enabled in the Ubuntu package or Deja-dup should detect the distro and only install the icons if it is Ubuntu

Agreed. Fixed in trunk. I'll see about moving them to the ubuntu icon package.
