Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
If you hold down shift (or the configured snap windows key for the wobbly windows plugin) and move a window to the edge of the screen with the mouse, then release the mouse button, the window proceeds to dance and wobble around for a long time. This happens anytime you release the mouse button when the window is not perfectly aligned with the edges of the screen, and you see the edge of the screen pulling the window edges in for snapping off. This bug was introduced in compiz version 1:0.9.4+

The problem is not limited to snapping to the edge of the screen. It also appears when snapping to another window.
