Bug Description

Here's a small patch to allow importing of DXF files without the layer colors, and also allowing scaling to landscape rather than just to portrait A4.

@Daniel - could you provide details on which version of 'dxf_input.{inx,py}' you modifications are based? Or possibly even provide a patch for current trunk?
