Bug Description
In Evergreen 2.0+, there is a bug in serials batch receive that is preventing users from receiving items in no-units mode (simply put, items without barcodes) which you get to by unchecking "Create Units for Received Items" in the lower right of the interface.
This was reported to me personally by Sally Fortin. Posting fix in a second.
