Bug Description

We just need to use quote marks or whatever else you'd do to force Excel and OpenOffice to see them as strings rather than bool types.

Yes, xls import fixes, except the incompatible timetables, can and should be backported to series that people use. But it is impossible to merge from flourish branch to earlier series. I will do backports of bugfixes sometime later.
