View report will open multiple windows on earlier error

When a submission failes, and the user tries again, "View Report" will open multiple windows.

After running into bug #796475 I decided to click on Next to "Try again" like the error dialog said.

I then decided to click on View Report because the second attempt failed. This opened two browser windows with the same report in them.

I then clicked on "Next" and "Close" (on the dialog) another few times. Then clicking on "View Report" again will open even more windows.

Result: View Report will open multiple windows, it seems like one window for each failed attempt.
Expected behavior: View Report should never open more then one window, only a single report window is needed.

This sounds like bug 827904, where multiple events were connected to the widgets.

The linked bug is Fix Released and since this report is about checkbox 0.10.x which is EOL anyway, I'll mark as a duplicate of that one.
