this bug happens spontaneously. There is no precisely time when it's happened, sometimes it happen when i using eclipse or when i browse over the internet or try to start/use another program.

This crash has the same stack trace characteristics as bug #749609. However, the latter was already fixed in an earlier package version than the one in this report. This might be a regression or because the problem is in a dependent package.

As described is my bug description "it happens spontaneously". I have tried to reproduce the bug, but cloud not say what triggers this bug.

I have this bug too. Apparently, when i'm watching video streaming on firefox and after, i want to change volume sound with the unity panel. I don't try with the keyboard.

I can not reproduce the bug as described by ced84 and i need to say that I did not have any problems last month with it. I am currently using a up to data system, here is some info:
